Subdivision at 3906 Tilden Avenue

 

WHO:

1486PH, LLC (Applicant)

WHAT:

Request for approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 82562, for a five (5) unit residential condominium subdivision in the Medium Density Multiple-Family Residential (RMD) Zone. On June 10, 2020, the Planning Commission approved the Administrative Site Plan Review, P2019-0046-ASPR, and recommended that the City Council approve the Tentative Tract Map request.(Case No. Tentative Tract Map P2019-0046-TTM).

CEQA:

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, initial review of the project by staff established there are no potentially significant adverse impact upon the environment, and the project has been determined to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to CEQA Section 15332, Class 32 – In-Fill Development, because the proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and Zoning; the project is on a 0.21 acre site surrounded by urban uses; the site has no value as a habitat for endangered, rare, or threatened species; the project will not have significant traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality impacts; and the project can be served by utilities and public services.

The Meeting will take place via teleconference:  To combat the spread of COVID-19, the City issued a “Safer at Home” emergency order on March 20, 2020, ordering all residents of the City of Culver City to stay inside their residences and to immediately limit all movement outside of their homes beyond what is absolutely necessary to take care of essential needs. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health issued a Revised Order on March 21, 2020 which prohibits all public and private group events and gatherings and requires all persons to remain in their homes (except as otherwise provided in the Order for essential activities). The Governor of California issued Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, which waived certain Brown Act meeting requirements, including any requirements to make a physical meeting location available to the public; and, most recently, the March 19, 2020 Executive Order N-33-22, which ordered all residents to stay at home.
