The Planning Commission will receive public input and consider a Site Plan Review Modification request to allow medical office use on a ground-level tenant space previously approved as retail use at One Culver, an office-retail mixed-use building. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing.

CEQA:

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines, initial review of the project by staff established that there are no potentially significant adverse impacts on the environment and the project has been determined to be a Class 1 Categorical Exemption, Section 15301, Existing Facilities, because the project involves no expansion of use.


The Planning Commission agenda item reports are available for viewing online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time for regular meetings and no later than 24 hours prior to a special meeting or at the Planning Counter.  Persons unable to attend the meeting but wish to submit comments may do so to the attention of Deborah Hong, Planning Technician, by any of the following means BEFORE 4:00 PM on December 11, 2019:
