Please join the City Council for its consideration of an Urgency Ordinance placing a 12-month moratorium on rent increases in excess of a certain percentage cap, consistent with the City Council’s direction at its June 24, 2019 meeting. For more information regarding the City Council’s direction, please visit www.culvercity.org/rent. City staff is in the process of gathering, collecting and evaluating data needed for developing the proposed Ordinance. Further details of the proposed Ordinance will be provided as they become available. The meeting to consider the proposed Ordinance will take place on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Mike Balkman Council Chambers, City Hall 9770 Culver Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232.
