Short-Term Rentals
Online Portal Now Open
The City allows hosted short-term rentals of homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) with a permit. There is a limited number of permits that will be allowed for each zone of the City. The zones follow the City Council district boundaries. To apply for a permit, homeowners must register using the online portal and submit the required documents to the City. The permit process requires neighborhood noticing, a safety inspection, and signed affidavit.
The City has also established a hotline and online neighbor complaint form for residents to submit information on non-compliant or unpermitted short-term rentals.
