Wildfire Preparedness Community Workshop

You are invited to join the City Council on Saturday, March 1, 2025 for a community workshop focused on wildfire preparedness and prevention. This workshop, which is a public meeting, will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be held in the Council Chamber (225 W. Second Street).

City staff, along with representatives from Los Angeles County Fire Department and local utilities, will present the measures they are taking to prevent and respond to wildfires and other emergencies. Following the presentations, there will be an opportunity for residents to ask questions. The meeting will be live-streamed on Zoom and will be recorded and posted on the City website for later viewing.
