Capitol Corridor is Returning to Full Service Starting December 8, 2025!
To improve your travel experience and increase service frequency, Capitol Corridor is returning to full service by restoring weekday service to 15 round trips! Other improvements include:
- Better on time performance
- Later AM and PM departures
- Later weekend Sacramento-Roseville service

Who’s ready for the Superbowl at Levi’s Stadium this season? Stop by Emeryville Station and check out the new sculpture from December 12, 2025, through February 2026, between 6am-10pm! Take a photo and make sure to tag us on social media @capitolcorridor. Stay tuned for the special - Superbowl train service to/from Levi’s Stadium!
In addition, drop-off non-perishable food items at Emeryville (or Oakland Jack London) station between now and December 17 or donate to a local organization near you. Learn more here.

Taking the train is the new pre-game! 🏈 Capitol Corridor offers fans a convenient, stress-free way to get to and from Levi’s® Stadium for all San Francisco 49er’s home games this season.

Join us from 3–7 PM on all trains for Cappy Hour in the Café Car! Enjoy discounted alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and FREE holiday cookies (while supplies last) as a thank you for riding with us.

 It’s Our Pets Program’s 2nd Anniversary!
Since launching our Pet Program in November 2023, we welcomed more than 2,200 pets onboard Capitol Corridor trains! In Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25), 1,200 pets traveled with their humans, a 20% increase in pet ridership from the previous year. To celebrate, we’ve asked riders who’ve brought their pet along their commute to send us photos of them enjoying the journey.
We’re looking forward to seeing more furry friends on board!
