Ongoing, with a January 31, 2018 applicant submission deadline
UC Berkeley Law's New Business Practicum provides free legal help to new
businesses that can't afford an attorney. Entrepreneurs work with
trained, well-supervised law students to address the many legal tasks that
businesses must solve to sustain and attract investment. The New Business Practicum accepts
applications throughout the year and will select businesses to serve in January 2018 for the
Spring Term.
The Practicum also provides
weekly limited-service office hours on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1-5
pm, along with monthly online trainings.
