Happy Parks Make Life Better Month!
This special recognition was established to highlight the power of parks and recreation in every community. Here in Belmont, it’s an opportunity to acknowledge all the amazing full-time and part-time employees who help enhance the quality of life for the community. We are so happy to be able to provide so many great classes, special events, and beautiful parks and open spaces for everyone to enjoy. It would not be possible without our amazing Parks and Recreation Team!
This month we invite you to take a walk through one of our open spaces, sign up for a new class, play tennis at one of our courts, or just admire the beauty and peacefulness of our parks; there's no wrong way to enjoy all Belmont Parks and Recreation has to offer!

Updates and Reminders
100 Things I Love About Belmont Survey
To celebrate our Centennial year, we want to hear 100 things our community members love about our amazing City. Maybe it’s the open space. Maybe it’s the diverse cuisine options. Or maybe it’s the community events. Take our quick survey and let us know. Once we receive 100 responses, we will display them on a mural in Belmont City Hall!
Centennial Art
Help us celebrate Belmont’s Centennial by showing your artistic talent with a nod to Belmont’s history! The applications for our Utility Box Art and Happy Hydrant programs are live, and we will be accepting applications throughout the year. Please visit www.belmont.gov/100years for more information about requirements, deadlines, etc.
