Twin Pines Park Belmont Creek Restoration Project Update
The Twin Pines Park Belmont Creek Restoration Project is nearing construction. Construction staging is anticipated to begin on June 2 and continue through October or November. Park access west of the Veteran's Memorial will be restricted, and the Redwood Picnic Area will be closed during construction. Construction truck traffic may cause intermittent delays at times during the work. Please proceed with caution through the work area. The project will restore over 500 linear feet of Belmont Creek within the Park, both upstream and downstream of the Redwood Picnic Area bridge. To learn more about the project and for periodic updates during construction, please visit the project website, which is also accessible via the QR code on the project information signs posted throughout the Park.
