City of Belmont Launches MyBelmont 311 App for Enhanced Access to City Services
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Sept. 10, 2024
The City of Belmont is excited to announce the launch of the MyBelmont 311 app, a new tool designed to streamline service requests for residents, businesses, and visitors. The MyBelmont app provides an easy way to access city-related information, submit service requests, and report non-emergency issues such as potholes, graffiti, or downed trees.
Users can submit requests by creating an account or reporting anonymously. The app allows you to input the location of the issue, upload photos, and provide a description of the problem. Your request is then sent to a city staff member, and you can track its progress in real-time. The app is designed to make interacting with the City of Belmont easier and more efficient.
City Manager Afshin Oskoui stated, “We are dedicated to making it as simple as possible for our residents to engage with city services, and this app is a key part of that effort.”
The free app is available in English and Spanish on both iOS and Android devices. Simply search for “City of Belmont” in the app store. The app can also be accessed via the online portal. The City of Belmont encourages all residents to take advantage of this new resource to access city services or report 311 issues. For additional information, visit www.belmont.gov/mybelmont.
