Trunk or Treat
Join us for a ghoulishly fun time at our annual Trunk or Treat event on Wednesday, October 30th, from 5:30pm - 7:00pm in the parking lot in front of the Parks and Recreation office in Twin Pines Park. Lowering you Sodium Seminar
Did you know that even if you're not adding salt to your food, you're probably still eating too much? On Tuesday, October 8th at 10:30am in the Twin Pines Senior and Community Center learn about how sodium can be lurking in unexpected places and how to make better choices to lower your sodium intake. Waterdog Run 2024
The annual Water Dog Run returns on Saturday, October 12th. The 5k, 10k, 1-mile kids, and 1-mile fido runs have something for everyone. Get a group of four or more together and receive a 10% discount at registration. Sign up to volunteer here. Learn to Ride a Bike
You’re never too old to learn to ride a bike! Join us on Saturday, October 12th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm at Barrett Community Center to learn how to ride a bicycle in a safe and patient environment without judgment or embarrassment. High School Fair
Our High School Fair presented by Belmont's Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) returns on Wednesday, October 16th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. Middle schoolers and their families have the opportunity to learn about what the 14 local public and private high schools attending have to offer. Diwali Celebration
We are excited to partner with the Belmont Library to co-host our second annual Diwali Celebration on Sunday, October 27th, from 2:00pm - 5:00pm at the Twin Pines Senior and Community Center. Senior Halloween Spooktacular
Join us at the Senior Center for a Halloween Spooktacular on Thursday, October 31st. Wear your spookiest or cutest costume for a chance to win the costume contest, do some Autumn crafting, and enjoy some spooky sweet dessert. Free with RSVP to the Senior Center at 650-595-7444. Piano Painting & Trail Mix in the Park
Join Project HEAL Teen Ambassadors for piano painting & trail mix in the park on Saturday, November 9th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Buckeye Picnic Area in Twin Pines Park. This family-friendly event aims to promote self-love and body positivity. Attendees will have the opportunity to paint positive affirmations on our piano in the park and create their own custom trail mix. This event is free and open to all ages, no advance registration is required.
