 Artisan Crossing Ribbon Cutting
This week's ribbon cutting marked the completion of Belmont's latest development project. The Artisan Crossing project features 250 residential apartment units (including 38 units affordable to lower-income households) and 3,000 square feet of commercial and community flex space. Pride Flag Raising

Public Works Highlights
This week, our Public Works staff refreshed over 200 feet of red curb paint and cleaned graffiti at several sites. Staff also crack sealed over 1,000 feet and replaced over 1 ton of asphalt on streets throughout the City.

Old County Road Traffic Advisories This Saturday
On Saturday, June 1, there are two traffic advisories for the Old County Road area.
From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., crews will apply slurry seal surface treatment on Old County Road from Ralston Avenue to 1296 Old County Road to all lanes and on Ralston Avenue from Old County Road to Elmer Street to eastbound lanes. At least one lane will remain open for traffic and emergency vehicles.
Additionally, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be grind and overlay work from 815 to 825 Old County Road on both sides of the road. One-way alternating traffic control will be in effect throughout the day to allow traffic to move through the corridor.
