Council Adopts Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan
Last Tuesday night, our City Council approved the long-awaited Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan (PROS). After a thorough and transparent process with heavy public engagement, we are confident the Plan will enhance our community's outdoor areas for years to come. It will optimize and ensure the sustainability of our park system, including spaces like Twin Pines and College View Park, and our Waterdog Lake and San Juan Canyon open spaces. The Plan includes considerations of outdoor events, programming, bikeways, trails, and integration with new housing and development. Learn about the PROS Plan here.
