Join the Community Center Conversation
Barrett Community Center has been heavily used over the years, providing a space for gatherings, events, and activities that have brought us together as a community and it is in dire need.
The City of Belmont is working hard to secure the continuity of the Community Center, which includes considering utilizing developer contributions from new construction and seeking infrastructure grant funding opportunities to leverage for Community Center needs. Should the City also consider utilizing the Community Center as an emergency relief center, the City can seek matching funds from the State or County as well.
But, we can’t do it alone—we need your help! Make your voice heard by attending the open house on Tuesday, January 9th, 9am - 10am or by joining The Community Center Conversation online.
