Camp Eagle Ridge
This new summer offering is a drop-in style camp for ages 9-13. Each participant will have the flexibility to try different activities like outdoor sports, arts & crafts, gardening, and video games. Two 2-week sessions are being offered. Get more information and register here.

Teen Dining 101
Join the Hideout for a one-of-a-kind opportunity for youth in grades 6-8 to learn proper dining skills like setting a table and using proper dinnerware. Proper dining etiquette will be taught and demonstrated at a restaurant. Classes held May 19th and May 26th. Register here.

Senior Tech Help
In partnership with Carlmont High School, we are offering technology assistance to older adults at the Belmont Public Library, every first and third Saturday of the month from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Students will be available to provide computer, tablet, and phone help. Free to all. No registration required.

Wedding Fair in the Park
Join us on Sunday, June 11th, from 12:00pm - 5:00pm for our first Wedding Fair in the Park. If you're planning a wedding this year or next, this is the perfect opportunity to tour our facilities and meet local wedding vendors all in one day! Belmont's History Room is Open
Have you ever wanted to take a deeper dive into Belmont's past and learn about our storied history? Well then you are in luck! The Belmont History Room officially re-opened on Sunday, April 30th. During June and July, it will be open every Sunday, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. August and onward it will be open the second and fourth Sundays of the month, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. If you prefer to teach others about Belmont's history, we have some very exciting volunteer opportunities. The Historical Society is looking for:

Docents that would work a maximum of one Sunday a month, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Tasks would include opening the History Room, greeting visitors, and answering questions. Training will be provided.
- A webmaster that would update and maintain the Historical Society's website.

Newsletter help that includes developing and distributing a quarterly electronic newsletter

Youth Advisory Committee Clothing Drive
Join Belmont's Youth Advisory Committee in supporting people struggling in Tonga and discharged patients from Johns Hopkins Hospital by donating your lightly used clothes. All clothes are welcome and greatly appreciated. Donation bins will be located in the Belmont City Hall Lobby and the Belmont Public Library. Clothing items will be accepted until Wednesday, May 24th.

We are always looking for volunteers for both on-going and one-time events throughout the year. Some great volunteer opportunities include assisting with everyday tasks at the Senior and Community Center, being a speaker for one of our Belmont Talks events, and so many more.
