*UPDATE* - Arrest made in Tuesday morning’s stabbing in American Canyon

AMERICAN CANYON, Calif., September 13, 2023 - On Tuesday evening, Napa Sheriff’s Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for 32-year-old Genea Pereira in relation to the stabbing that occurred yesterday morning in American Canyon. Pereira was arrested at the Sheriff’s Office by detectives and she was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections on her warrant for a charge of domestic violence. Pereira is still in custody as of Wednesday morning.
