 Day Trip: The De Young Museum

Peruse the collection of the De Young museum on a self-guided tour of the gallery, which features a spotlight on Bay Area Artists. Purchase lunch at the lovely De Young Cafe or bring your own to eat in Golden Gate Park. Transportation on a luxury bus included. Check-in at 9:15 a.m. in the Media Room/Library.

Treat yourself to lunch at Wild Goat Bistro, indulge in a pie at the Petaluma Pie Company, or browse the boutiques for handcrafted wares before relaxing along the river in beautiful downtown Petaluma! Wrap up the trip with an excursion to the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlets. Transportation in a luxury bus included. Check in at 9:15 am in the Media Room.
Enhance Fitness
Mondays & Fridays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM July 6 - September 21
or Mondays 2:30 - 3:30 PM & Wednesdays 1:30 - 2:30 PM, July 6 - September 23
Evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention curriculum that helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active.
Classes include: 20-minute aerobic workout to improve stamina, 20-minute strength training with optional light weights, 20-minute dynamic and static stretches, Opportunities for participants to make friends!

This will be a strength-focused class but may include other aspects of fitness including endurance, flexibility and balance
