The Draft CARP Update and Climate Adaptation and Hazard Mitigation Plan are available for public comment until January 17, 2025. The update supersedes the 2019 CARP and includes the updated CARP vision and goals, updated GHG mitigation measures (which are reorganized into GHG action plans), and updated hazard mitigation and the CARP resilience measures, which are now housed in the Hazard Mitigation Plan.

King Tides are rolling in from December 13-15! West End Arts District and Radium Presents, in collaboration with East Bay Regional Parks District, CASA, and Greenbelt Alliance, announce a unique event combining photography, environmental education, and community engagement. The "Rising Tides" workshop and guided walk will take place on Saturday, December 14, at Crab Cove Visitors Center.
The morning concludes with a Healing Sound Bath Blessing led by Isabella Joan Wilk and complimentary refreshments.
