June 5 Fernside Blvd Public Workshop + May 29 Virtual Workshop

Reminder that the Fernside Blvd Traffic Calming & Bikeways Project is beginning its second round of public engagement! We look forward to hearing your thoughts on design concept options for traffic calming, pedestrian improvements, and bikeways on Fernside Blvd. You can learn more and provide input in the following ways:

May 29: Virtual Community Workshop, 12:00-1:00 pm, via Zoom
JUNE 5: COMMUNITY WORKSHOP, Alameda Free Library, 5:30-7:30 pm
June 5: Commission on Persons with Disabilities discussion
May 29-June 19: on-line survey available on the Fernside webpage
June 26: Transportation Commission discussion

After evaluating public input on design concept options, the project team plans to seek approval of final design directions this fall or winter. More information is at alamedaca.gov/fernside.
