The special pricing of $35 per credit hour instead of $139 has been expanded to on-demand programs purchased through the Alameda County Law Library. So, now you can get your MCLE credits by watching a CEB-produced program from the comfort of your home or office or listening to the MP3 version during your workout or commute. As an added bonus you can watch/listen to the program for one year after purchase.
All of the programs in the on-demand CEB catalog are available for purchase and many are available for online purchase through Eventbrite. Next week many of the Library's CEB "On Demand" MCLEs will be available on Eventbrite.
 The Main Library in Oakland has a new printer only for the public desktop computers. There are directions posted and help is available at the circulation/
reference desk. The price is still 20 cents a page. Above are the new printer and its new coin machine which takes nickels, dimes, quarters, and $1 or $5 bills. A
user at a public computer will create a user name and password at an individual computer. Please write the user name
and password down as the user name and password are needed to log in at
the "Print Release" screen pictured
below.
 You will see your print job(s) list and only your own
print job(s) list. If there are any of your job(s) that you do not want, cancel them.
Deposit the money for your desired prints. Click the link for the job
you want
or the "print all" button. Pick up your prints, collect any change.

 The Oakland Art Association and the Alameda County Law Library present a juried art show of original work from February 17 through March 28, 2014. The Law Library in Oakland at 125 12th Street is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:30 am- 6:00 pm and on Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30 am-9:00 pm.
