Hello District 4!
It's that spooky time of year again! The leaves are starting to fall, pumpkins are glowing, and our community is buzzing with fall festivities. There are so many events happening in our county; family-friendly activities, fall festivals, and haunted theme parks. There is something for everyone. Please read on for all of the fun things to do!
Additionally, please take a few moments to complete the Community Priorities Budget Survey and share your input by using the link provided in the article below. Your feedback is essential in helping us understand community priorities in the unincorporated areas and shape future decisions to ensure services and resources meet community needs. Your voice matters!
Also, some reminders for a safe Halloween: Carry a flashlight or glow sticks for visibility, stick to well-lit area and cross at corners, check all treats before enjoying them, and motorists - please drive slowly and watch for trick-or-treaters. Additionally, please remember to compost your pumpkins after Halloween.

Alameda County wants to hear from urban and rural unincorporated community members about how County services can better meet your needs. This quick survey builds on the community conversations held throughout September and October, where residents shared priorities around safety, infrastructure, accountability, and more. Your input will help shape recommendations for how the County invests in and serves our unincorporated areas in the future.
