Dear District 1,
As we approach this extended weekend, I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. Monday marks a day of tribute to the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his tireless pursuit of justice and equality. Demonstrating the power of unity, he galvanized millions of Americans into joining the Civil Rights Movement, remaining resolute in the face of adversity. His perseverance and leadership left an indelible impact on American history, continuing to inspire activists today who are committed to eliminating racial disparities in our community. In honoring his memory, may we engage in meaningful reflections, conversations, and actions that contribute to fostering a more inclusive and united society.
As always, if there is anything that my office can do to assist you regarding County-specific matters, please feel free to reach out at bosdist1@acgov.org.
Sincerely,
David Haubert Alameda County Supervisor District 1

Donate to Support Homeless Services
You can support the collaborative efforts of the City of Fremont and Bay Area Community Services (BACS) by contributing essential items for homeless services programs. During these challenging winter months, it is especially important to ensure that unsheltered individuals receive these necessities. Supporting this partnership will make a tangible impact on the lives of those in need. Your donations will help address the growing demand for winter weather supplies and would be greatly appreciated!
