GET EDUCATED

For this year's national Lead Poisoning Prevention Week, we are working to empower our community members with the knowledge needed to keep them and their families safe from the dangers of lead poisoning - something that harms the health of children in our community here in Alameda County. We recommend community members to learn how they can stay healthy in their homes, learn about the grants available to test & address possible lead hazards, and to attend one of the many events taking place throughout the month. Together, we can end lead poisoning and create a better future for our children.
