Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley Announces Vacancies on
County Boards and Commissions
Oakland, CA – Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley is currently
accepting applications from residents in the Fourth Supervisorial District who
are passionate about serving on a countywide board or commission. The Fourth
District encompasses East Oakland, Montclair, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland,
Fairview, and Pleasanton.

current boards and commissions vacancies:
Alameda County
Fire Advisory Commission - 1 Vacancy The purpose of this commission is to provide
an advisory role to the Alameda County Fire Department.
Meetings:
Quarterly (Feb, May, Aug, and Nov.)

Alameda County Transportation Commission - 1 Vacancy
The
purpose of this commission is to plan, fund, and deliver transportation
programs and projects that expand access and mobility to foster a vibrant
livable Alameda County.

Assessments Appeals Board - 1 Vacancy This
Board s objective is to sit as County Board of Equalization.

Consumer Affairs
Commission - 2 Vacancies The purpose of this commission is to
promote and protect the best interest of the consumer public, to encourage the
