Alameda County releases for public comment the DRAFT policies for the Down Payment Assistance Loan Program (DALP)

 

The draft of the Down Payment Assistance Loan Program policies is available for public comment.  Public comments will be taken through May 22, 2018. 

 

The policies will also be made available on HCD's website:  www.acgov.org/cda/hcd

As reported last week to this list serve, the Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee will review the draft policies this evening. This meeting will be held at 7 pm at 224 W. Winton Avenue, Room 160, Hayward CA.    

Additionally, the Health Committee of the Alameda County Board of Supervisors will also hear this item on May 14, 2018 at 9:30 AM.  The meeting will be held at the County Administration Building located at 1221 Oak Street, 5th Floor, Oakland Ca.  All members of the public are welcome to attend.
