    • What is digital accessibility and why does it matter to your clients, your law office, your community?
    • What federal and state laws support accessibility in the digital space?
    • What advocacy strategies are disabled advocates and their lawyers using to advance digital accessibility? Attorney General investigations, US DOJ complaints, lawsuits and Structured Negotiation all play a role.
    • How can you build digital accessibility into your law office technology and into your clients' digital offerings?

About the Speaker: Lainey Feingold is a disability rights lawyer in Berkeley, CA who represents the blind community on digital and technology access issues. Along with Oakland civil rights lawyer Linda Dardarian, she has pioneered the alternative dispute resolution method known as Structured Negotiation - a process focused on win-win claims resolutions without lawsuits. Her book, Structured Negotiation, a Winning Alternative to Lawsuits, will be published by the American Bar Association this Fall.
