Bridge Housing is pleased to announce Mural (Oakland, CA) will offer 90 units of affordable family housing as part of the master-planned MacArthur Station.
Mural is the second phase of MacArthur Station, a master-planned development on the site of the MacArthur BART station parking lot. Mural will include 90 rental apartments for low and very-low income households with incomes ranging from 30% to 50% of the area median income. Planned amenities include a large community room and kitchen, laundry facilities, two landscaped courtyards, and a tot lot.
LIVING AT MURAL
This community offers 90 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. 68 units have below-market rate rents ranging from $460-$1134 and the other 22 have project-based section 8 subsidy. Several preferences are available. The leasing office will be open starting at 9 am on July 24, 2015, and applications will be available at that time.
The application acceptance period is from TODAY, 9 am on July 24 to 5 pm on August 6, 2015. The leasing office is located at 3921 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland and the phone number is 510-595-6698.
