 HELP SHAPE TUCSON'S DEVELOPMENT CODE UPDATE
The Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) Code Update Package is being developed to modernize the City’s development codes, making them clearer, more consistent, and easier to use. The Mayor and Council initiated this effort on December 16, 2025.
This update intends to improve how the code functions, make processes more efficient, and reduce confusion, while continuing to support high-quality development throughout Tucson.
PDSD invites community members to complete a short survey (or click the button below) to help identify areas where improvements may be needed. Community feedback will guide this work and ensure the code reflects shared priorities.
