ANNOUNCEMENT: November 26, 2025
Local Experts Wanted: Workforce Development, Substance Use Treatment, Faith-Based Partners and more are encouraged to attend.
TPCH will be holding a Supportive Service Partnership Fair on Friday, December 5th, 2:30-4:30pm at 320 N. Commerce Park Loop in the Sentinel Building, for NOFO applicants and perspective partners.
The FY25 CoC NOFO from HUD has new requirements for client supportive service participation, on-site services, and a strong emphasis on both increasing employment and treatment services. The goal for the event is to connect NOFO applicants with supportive service providers to create MOUs, Letters of Commitment, or discuss subrecipient agreements for services that can be attached with NOFO applications.
In preparation, we want to inventory both service providers and available services that are being offered across our community. Please submit any services below that your agency offers.
Please also share this form with other service providers who may be willing to participate.
