HOLIDAY ARTS AND CRAFT FAIR AT REID PARK: CALL FOR VENDORS
Tucson Parks and Recreation will begin accepting applications Monday, July 14, at 8 a.m., for the 2025 Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair in November at Reid Park. This event has been held for over four decades, attracting over 150 vendors from all over the Southwest. All goods must be handmade by the applicant and provide shoppers with a unique, high-quality, and diverse selection of items.
This event fills up very quickly, and spaces are limited. Due to the high number of submitted applications, not all applicants will be assigned a space. Submissions will be accepted through Google Forms, and the applicant must have, or create, a Google account to apply. For assistance opening a Google account, call the Special Events Office at 520-837-8062 or 520-837-8043. All applications submitted by Friday, Aug. 8, will be juried as part of the acceptance process. Vendors who submit after this date, or after the fair is full, or are juried but not accepted, will be put on a waitlist.
Vendors will be notified of their acceptance no later than Friday, Sept. 12. Accepted vendors will be sent vendor information with payment instructions. The fee is $90 for a 10′ x 10′ space for the two-day event. Due to the popularity of this event, vendors may apply for only one space for each City of Tucson business license. Payment will be requested upon notification of acceptance and not at the time of application submission.
Location: Gene C. Reid Park (west side of Reid Park, off of Country Club Road)
Dates: Saturday, Nov. 29, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 30, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
