Programming is available for ages 5-11 years old (must be currently enrolled in kindergarten) from the time of dismissal until 6 p.m. on all in-person learning days (excluding City holidays).

 FALL LEISURE CLASS REGISTRATION BEGINS SATURDAY, JULY 26
Tucson Parks and Recreation has a variety of leisure classes and opportunities for your personal interests. Pottery, health and fitness, motor development for children, walking, swimming, and a wide selection of indoor and outdoor recreation activities are available for Tucsonans of all ages and abilities. Classes will be viewable online on Friday, July 11.

 TRACK & FIELD & ROAD RACES IN JULY
The City of Tucson Parks and Recreation department is hosting its annual summer track and field and road races throughout July. Cost is $3/youth (17 years and younger); $4/adults (18 years and older). Track and field events are held Tuesdays, through July 30, at Drachman Stadium, 501 S. Plumer. Road races will be held at various locations on Thursdays. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m., with races starting at 6 p.m. Ribbons will be given to the top finishers at each track and field meet and run.  INDOOR ADULT VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Join our Indoor Volleyball League! The season is eight-weeks long, with a single elimination tournament at the end. Referees are provided.

 Tucson Parks and Recreation is hosting a Slowpitch Softball League this fall. The league consists of players ages 16 and older in three divisions: coed, women's, and men's. The regular season will be 10 weeks with a single elimination tournament to determine the league champion. If you don't have a team, join the free agent list.

 NEW DOG PARK AT KENNEDY PARK
A new dog park has opened at John F. Kennedy Park, 3301 S. La Cholla Blvd. The dog park includes an area for large and small dogs and features dog-friendly potable water fountains and ramadas with tables.
