CYCLOVIA TUCSON THIS WEEKEND - The next Cyclovia Tucson event is Sunday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., along a route connecting Downtown Tucson and South Tucson. Streets on the route will be closed temporarily to vehicular traffic, but they will be open for people to walk, roll, bike, and play. Presented by Living Streets Alliance, Cyclovia Tucson covers 2.25 miles of car-free streets. People can take free transit, bike routes, or micromobility to get to and from the event. REID PARK ZOO HOSTS BOO AT THE ZOO AGAIN THIS WEEKEND (VIDEO) - Reid Park Zoo is hosting another three days of scary fun during Boo at the Zoo, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 25-27. Zoo members can receive early entry at 5:30 p.m., and the public hours will be from 6-8:30 p.m. This family-friendly event provides a safe environment to trick-or-treat, enjoy character meet and greets, and experience spooky scenes, games, and festive Halloween activities. Guests are invited to wear their costumes and experience the Zoo after dark as it’s transformed into a kid-friendly fantasy world. TRICK-OR-TREAT ON SUN LINK’S SPOOKY TRAIN SUNDAY - Families are invited to join the Sun Link Spooky Train for a spooktacular Halloween event on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., at Fourth Avenue and Eighth Street. This family-friendly event offers a fun-filled afternoon of trick-or-treating aboard the streetcar. Participants are encouraged to wear their most creative Halloween costumes. You can also enjoy special deals from Fourth Avenue merchants all day long and attend a costume contest at Haggerty Plaza, 316 N. Fourth Ave., starting at 1 p.m. The Sun Link streetcar is free, allowing everyone to travel easily between the University of Arizona, Fourth Avenue, Downtown Tucson, and the Mercado District without needing to drive. TEAM UP TO CLEAN UP THIS SATURDAY - Storm to Shade invites you to participate in a special Team Up to Clean Up community event and celebration of a recently installed Storm to Shade green stormwater infrastructure project.
