About the Project The Bilby Road Project will improve safety, pavement condition, pedestrian access, and bicycle infrastructure along the 3-mile corridor from S. 12th Avenue to Country Club Road.
The project is funded by a combination of the voter-approved Proposition 411 Safe Streets program and funds set aside by Mayor and Council to improve the pavement on Tucson's Collector Streets.
