Are you looking for a way to be healthier in 2024? Learn Tai Chi for Health! Tai Chi is a proven way of reducing stress, improving physical and mental balance, flexibility and range of motion, and more.
Try a beginner class. No experience is necessary - we start with the basics. You’ll learn simple stretching exercises for warm up and cool down, basic forms, and essential principles of Tai Chi. Movements can be done at all levels of mobility. Classes taught by Tai Chi for Health Institute Certified Instructor, Robert Armstrong.
Classes are Mondays from 3-4 p.m. at the Southern Arizona Dance Center, 4801 E 29th Street. Cost per lesson is $10. The class series consists of 6 to 8 lessons. Ask about discounts for first responders and active military.
