EVENT ROAD CLOSURES
TUCSON PRIDE PARADE
On Friday, September 29, 2023, the following streets will close from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. to vehicular travel for the Tucson Pride Parade:
- Sixth Avenue from 12th Street to 15th Street
- Stone Avenue from 15th Street to Ochoa Street
- 12th Street from Scott Avenue to Fifth Avenue
- 13th Street/McCormick Street from Stone Avenue to Fifth Avenue
- 14th Street from Stone Avenue to Fifth Avenue
- 15th Street from Stone Avenue to Fifth Avenue
- Scott Avenue from McCormick Street to Ochoa Street
- Arizona Avenue from 13th Street to 15th Street
- 5th Avenue from 14th Street to 15th Street
The Parade begins at 7:30 p.m. on Stone Avenue, traveling north, then travels east on Ochoa Street/12th Street to S Sixth Avenue, then travels south on S Sixth Avenue and ends at the intersection of S Sixth Avenue and 13th Street. Motorists can expect delays associated with this event so please plan accordingly. The traveling public should use caution when driving, bicycling or walking in this area. Please watch for event participants, obey all traffic control, and watch for detour signs and personnel providing traffic control.
