CITY WORKING TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH WEBSITE
The City of Tucson's website and online payment portals are currently down. The City understands that this disruption in service has caused an inconvenience to the public as they attempt to pay bills, access permits, and perform other customer service related functions. City staff is working diligently to restore operability to the website and appreciates the community's patience while we work to restore our online services.
Any clients trying to access services through Housing and Community Development should call (520) 791-4171.
For questions regarding Planning and Development Services, email pdsdinquiries@tucsonaz.gov or call (520) 791-5550.
Questions or service requests for the Environmental and General Services Department can be directed to Customer Service at (520) 791-3171, or email ESHelp@tucsonaz.gov.
To report a transportation related concern, you can contact the Department of Transportation and Mobility at (520) 791-3154 or at Tdotconcerns@tucsonaz.gov.
For Tucson Parks and Recreation, call (520) 791-4873, or use EZEEreg.com to register for classes.
Tucson Water’s billing system is also affected by this website outage, meaning that it is unable to accept electronic payments or access customer information. Tucson Water has suspended all water shutoffs for non-payment until this issue is resolved and will not resume shutoffs before June 7. After the website/billing system issue is resolved, the utility will communicate with affected customers before proceeding with shutoffs.
Tucson Water’s emergency/water outage line is still active and functioning: (520) 791-4331. Customers should use this line only for water emergencies (e.g., unexpected loss of service or water pressure), not for issues related to billing, payments, or account management.
Tucson Water’s Customer Solutions Center phone lines are still active at (520) 791-3242. At this line, customers may request only the following related to water and environmental services provided by the City of Tucson:
-
Restore water service that has been terminated
