Deadline Approaching for City Vaccine Policy
The City is hosting a drive thru, pop-up vaccine clinic next week in advance of the December 1 deadline to comply with the vaccine policy.
According to Administrative Directive 2.03-7, Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccine each employee who has not been granted an exemption or accommodation must have received both doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on or before December 1, 2021 to avoid termination.

Time: 6:30 - 9 a.m.
This is a drive thru event for your convenience.
You do not need to make an appointment.
- Employees are responsible to get their supervisor’s approval before using work time to receive the vaccination.
- Employees may use up to 90 minutes of normal work hours to receive their vaccination.
- Only the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available at this location.
If you need a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or are looking for a different location to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, visit vaccines.gov. Additionally, this clinic will be hosted by Rescue Me Wellness and employees are welcome to visit their location at 4601 E 5th St. from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Once vaccinated you will need to submit an updated Attestation Form.
