CITY OF TUCSON PRIMARY ELECTION AUGUST 3 MASKS REQUIRED AT VOTING LOCATIONS
Tuesday, August 3, 2021 is Primary Election Day for City of Tucson voters to nominate council members in Wards 3, 5 and 6. The City of Tucson re-instituted its mask policy for people in City buildings, including those who are fully vaccinated. Following updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), masks will be required in the voting locations on Election Day, August 3, 2021. Masks will be available at the entrance of each voting location for those who need one. Registered voters in Wards 3, 5 and 6 may visit any one of the voting locations and perform any of the following actions:
- Drop off your ‘voted’ vote-by-mail ballot
- Bring your vote-by-mail ballot, cast the ballot in person, and drop it in the ballot box
- Receive and vote a vote-by-mail replacement ballot

All vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the City Clerk’s Office either by mail or dropped off at any of the voting locations listed above by 7 p.m. on Election Day for your ballot to be counted.
The Pima County Recorder’s Office will be open until 5 p.m.
