Neighborhood Nugget: Donate new socks to help community members in need

SOCKS, SOCKS AND MORE SOCKS NEEDED

Council Member Richard Fimbres and the Ward 5 Staff have partnered with GAP Ministries in “We need socks, socks and more socks!!” THREADS is GAP Ministries’ clothing shop where kids can pick out items they need while in care.

Current Need: Right now NEW socks for girls (small & medium) and boys (small & medium) are particularly needed. However, NEW women’s and men’s socks of all sizes are also appreciated.

Drop Off Location:

Where: Ward 5 Council Office, 4300 S. Park Avenue

Days/Times: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
