CHRISTMAS TREE SAFETY PSA (VIDEO) - The Tucson Fire Department (TFD) and Environmental and General Services Department just released a public service announcement video on how to care for your fresh-cut Christmas tree and what to do when you're done with it after the holidays. TFD reminds residents to keep all trees away from heat sources, and remember to water real trees. A dry tree is a dangerous tree. If you bought a real tree this year, bring it to one of the City of Tucson's eight TreeCycle locations when you're done with it and dispose of it for free. Just remove everything from the tree, including the stand, lights, ornaments, wire, and tinsel. Your tree will be mulched and used for composting. Watch the video TreeCycle information and locations
