TRANSIT SCHEDULE ON THANKSGIVING DAY 2020

Sunday schedule for Sun Tran and Sun Link Streetcar

TUCSON, Ariz. - Transit service for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26, 2020 is as follows:

Sun Tran Routes 1 through 99 and the Sun Link streetcar will run on a Sunday schedule.
Sun Express Routes 101X-204X will not be in operation on Thursday, November 26^th or Friday, November 27^th. Regular Express service resumes Monday, November 30^th.
Sun Shuttle fixed-route service and the Sahuarita/Green Valley Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride will not be in operation.
- Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride service, provided by Total Ride and Oro Valley Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride, will offer transportation only from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for passengers qualified for Americans with Disabilities Act service.
Sun Van service and hours of operation will mirror the service provided by Sun Tran.
- Sun Van’s Reservations Center, at (520) 798-1000, will be open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sun On Demand, door-to-door service, will operate on a Sunday schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Customer Service Center will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist passengers.

The following transit offices will be closed for Thanksgiving Day. Please note the buildings remain closed to the public during COVID-19.

Special Services Office will return to regular weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for phone calls only. To speak with the Special Services Office, call (520) 791-4100.
Sun Tran’s Administrative Office, located at 3920 N. Sun Tran Blvd., will return to regular weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sun Link’s Administrative Office, located at 290 E. 8^th, will return to regular weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On Friday, November 27^th, all transit services resume regular service.

For specific route times and bus information, passengers are advised to consult Sun Tran’s Route Booklets, visit suntran.com, or call Sun Tran’s Customer Service Center at (520) 792-9222 (for persons with hearing and speech impairments, call TDD: 520-628-1565).

HORARIO DE TRÁNSITO EL DÍA DE ACCIÓN DE GRACIAS 2020

Horario del domingo para Sun Tran y el tranvía Sun Link

TUCSON, Ariz. - El servicio de tránsito para el Día de Acción de Gracias el jueves 26 de noviembre de 2020 es el siguiente:

Las rutas 1 a 99 de Sun Tran y el tranvía Sun Link funcionarán en horario de domingo.
Sun Express Routes 101X-204X no estará en servicio el jueves 26 de noviembre ni el viernes 27 de noviembre. El servicio regular Express se reanuda el lunes 30 de noviembre.
El servicio de ruta fija Sun Shuttle y el Dial-a-Ride de Sahuarita/Green Valley Sun Shuttle no estarán en funcionamiento.
- El servicio Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride, proporcionado por Total Ride y Oro Valley Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride, ofrecerá transporte solo de 9 a.m. a 6 p.m. para pasajeros calificados para el servicio de la Ley de Estadounidenses con Discapacidades.
El servicio y el horario de funcionamiento de Sun Van reflejarán el servicio proporcionado por Sun Tran.
- El centro de reservaciones de Sun Van, al (520) 798-1000, estará abierto de 7 a.m. a 4 p.m.
Sun On Demand, servicio puerta a puerta, operará en horario de domingo de 9 a.m. a 5 p.m.
El Centro de Atención al Cliente estará abierto de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m. para ayudar a los pasajeros.

Las siguientes oficinas de tránsito estarán cerradas durante el Día de Acción de Gracias. Tenga en cuenta que los edificios permanecen cerrados al público durante COVID-19.

La Oficina de Servicios Especiales volverá a su horario habitual de lunes a viernes de 8 a.m. a 4 p.m. solo para llamadas telefónicas. Para hablar con la Oficina de Servicios Especiales, llame al (520) 791-4100.
La oficina administrativa de Sun Tran, ubicada en 3920 N. Sun Tran Blvd., volverá a su horario habitual de lunes a viernes de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m.
La oficina administrativa de Sun Link, ubicada en 290 E. 8th St., volverá a su horario habitual de lunes a viernes de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m.

El viernes 27 de noviembre, todos los servicios de tránsito reanudarán el servicio regular.
