JOIN A VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING ON UPDATING THE PEOPLE, COMMUNITIES, AND HOMES INVESTMENT PLAN

The City Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) is launching the update of its People, Communities, and Homes Investment Plan (P-CHIP). This plan encompasses different sources from which HCD receives funds to support services for vulnerable individuals, including persons experiencing homelessness, low-income seniors, and others. The plan will also address the funding of neighborhood improvements and affordable housing. The issues addressed by the plan echo many of those raised by Tucsonans during the City’s budget discussion this past spring.

To kick-off this planning effort, HCD will be hosting two virtual meetings on the following dates/times:

Thursday, October 29, 2020, 6:00 pm
Friday, October 30, 2020, 11:00 am

Agenda:  Each meeting will provide an overview of the planning process, the importance of the plan, and the public input tools.

To Join Virtual Meeting: Go to the P-CHIP website, scroll down to “P-Chip Townhalls” and click on “Virtual Townhall with the Public” on the day of the meeting.
