Bob Ross enjoys second career as Development Services’ mascot

Bob Ross is back at his easel. A life-size cardboard standup of the soft-spoken painter now resides at the downtown office of Pima County Development Services on the first floor of the Public Works Building. You might have seen him at the south windows of the office, surprising passersby who often do a double take when they see him.

ECAP launching new campaign, welcoming additions to nonprofit list

More blood drives slated for next week, October

A County employee donating blood

Pima County employees love to donate blood. Seriously. So far in 2024, they have donated 76 units, with additional drives scheduled in August and October. In 2023, employees donated 229 units of blood. Here are ways to join in and tips for those who are interested in contributing.
