 PCHD's mobile health clinic coming to South Tucson
The Pima County Health Department's Mobile Health Clinic will be rolling into South Tucson. PCHD, in partnership with the Pima County Public Library, launched the service to help reach underserved populations. Free services offered include COVID-19 shots, STI testing and other sexual and reproductive health services.

You'll find a variety of free events at the Kino Sports Complex throughout the month. While you are taking part in January’s fun activities, watch for giant tents getting set up as Kino prepares for the Tucson Gem, Mineral & Fossil Showcase in February.

Assessor’s Office staff will visit libraries to answer property tax questions
Over the next two months, the Pima County Assessor’s Office will be providing services away from downtown as it visits neighborhoods across Pima County to educate property owners about its programs and services.

PACC dogs will be spending some time on Fourth Avenue
Are you looking for a new dog or even just a pleasant afternoon surrounded by pet-loving folks? Come join PACC at The Boxyard restaurant and bar, 238 N. Fourth Ave., from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15.
PACC staff, volunteers, and fosters will be there with several dogs from the shelter who are looking for new homes.

Unique sensory program coming to Kirk-Bear Canyon Library
Members of the Friends of the Kirk-Bear Canyon Public Library, Hughes Federal Credit Union, the Autism Society of Southern Arizona and Pima County Public Library staff recently unveiled a new sensory program geared to the needs of neurodiverse and autistic children.
With its specialized play experiences, the expanded sensory program is the first of its kind within the Pima County Public Library system.
