Completing your new A4 tax form

Beginning in 2023, Arizona will adopt a flat tax rate of 2.5% for all earners. That means Pima County employees will need to complete a new Employee’s Arizona Withholding Election Form, commonly known as an A4 tax form.

Not sure what you’ve had taken out of your check from the state? Check your Dec. 23, 2022, pay stub in ADP. You’ll find it under AZ Withholding Tax. Central Payroll can’t offer tax advice; seek counsel from your tax preparer.

Then watch this tutorial for additional instructions on how to complete the form.
