 Actors needed for return of Nightfall at Old Tucson Studios
PIMA COUNTY, June 28, 2022 – Nightfall is returning to Old Tucson this October for its 30th anniversary, and organizers are looking for entertainers to bring the Halloween favorite back to life!
Auditions will be held for stunt actors, scare performers and character roles. Actors can schedule audition appointments for either day, or walk-in on Audition Day 2. Walk-ins will need to bring a headshot and resume, and monologues will be provided.

Old Tucson Studios (OTS) has been a landmark in Pima County since 1939, serving as the backdrop for hundreds of film and commercial shoots. It shut down in 2020, when its former owners notified Pima County they would be terminating their lease. In April 2022, the County agreed to a new operating contract with American Heritage Railways (AHR). Founded in 1998, AHR specializes in the railroad, entertainment, theatrical, and hospitality industries. Nightfall 2022 will be the company’s first production at OTS.
