PACC’s Safety Net offers helping hand to those in crisis
Yes, there is an emoji covering this pup's face. That's because it is in the Pima Animal Care Center's Safety Net Foster Program.
That means the pup's owner is going through a temporary crisis and has asked PACC for help so that they can keep their pet once they get through this difficult time.
This photo also shows how much our animal protection officers care about pets and people. Officer Wilson couldn't resist giving this dog some cuddles while he finished up some reports.
