Pima County Board of Supervisors to meet virtually Feb. 19 for special meeting with City of Tucson

PIMA COUNTY, Feb. 18, 2021 - Pima County Board of Supervisors will hold a special joint meeting with the City of Tucson Mayor and Council from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 19 to discuss issues associated with the COVID-19 pandemic response.

As part of pandemic precautions, which have prompted declarations of a public health emergency at the local, state and federal levels, the meeting will be conducted virtually.

Specific topics to be discussed include:

  • Vaccine rollout
  • Testing
  • Mask usage
  • Curfew
  • Evictions
  • Business restrictions
  • Federal funds appropriated to the state and local jurisdictions

The public may send comments electronically to COB_mail@pima.gov. In-person attendance by members of the public is prohibited.
