Confirmation of your interest in COVID vaccine
Thank you for your interest in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. You will be able to make a vaccination appointment after we determine your eligibility and as vaccines are available.
Due to high demand and a limited number of vaccines, it may take up to a week or more before you will receive the email to create a MyChart account. This is the health information system that will allow us to document that you have received an immunization. Once your account is created, you will be able to use your MyChart account to schedule an appointment. If you already have an established MyChart account, you will receive an email to create an appointment from your MyChart account.
Do not attempt to register again. You will receive an email confirmation once you are eligible. If you have already received your confirmation email, please disregard this email.
