PAVEMENT MARKING MAINTENANCE

INTERSECTION OF S. ALVERNON WAY AND E. IRVINGTON RD.

Pima County, Tucson, Ariz. (Sept. 23) – On Thursday, September 24, between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m., Pima County Department of Transportation’s Pavement Marking crews will be refreshing all of the pavement markings at the intersection of S. Alvernon Way and E. Irvington Road.

The work will consist of refreshing all crosswalk lines, stop lines, arrows and “ONLY” legends.

Advance traffic warning signs will be set-up in all directions. Motorists can expect minor delays. Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices.

In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the maintenance schedule is subject to change.
